What you´ll do Lead the site's environmental compliance programs, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company environmental requirements. Manage environmental permits and regulatory programs, including hazardous waste, air quality, wastewater, stormwater, and chemical management. Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, coordinating inspections, reporting, permit renewals, and corrective actions. Partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership to integrate environmental requirements into manufacturing operations and capital projects. Monitor environmental performance, investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support site sustainability initiatives by tracking performance metrics, promoting resource conservation, and driving environmental stewardship. Develop and deliver environmental training that strengthens compliance, awareness, and employee engagement.
