What You’ll Do: Oversee the overall development, implementation, and management of the BIM, VDC, Coordination, and Shop Drawing processes for Gamewell Mechanical projects. Lead the department to the success of projects contributing to overall company success. Establish and enforce GMI standards ensuring consistency that aligns with industry standards and project specific requirements. Implement and supervise quality assurance process for BIM models and project deliverables. Manage department resources to ensure deliverables meet project deadlines and quality standards. Monitor and track department effectiveness and efficiencies by updating, implementing, and training the latest innovation, BIM technology, and best practices. Provide support to the estimating and preconstruction groups through bid processes as required. Collaborate with project teams to contract and coordinate delegated tasks. Oversee output of deliverables to prefab shop and field teams ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality. Grow and maintain customer and owner relationships. Optimize and leverage the specialized knowledge of GMI’s VDC subject matter experts.
