This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with governing documents and applicable statutes, and guiding communities through development to a successful transition to homeowner control. The ideal candidate will possess strong HOA management or relatable multi-site operations experience, confidence working directly with boards, and a detail-oriented approach to financial, operational, and compliance oversight, along with the ability to manage multiple communities in a dynamic, fast-growing market. This role requires a strong front-facing presence, with focus on responsive communication.
