Role Primary Focus On-the-Job Autonomy & Leadership Technician 1 (Entry-Level) Assists experienced technicians with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Focuses on learning and applying safety protocols. Works under specific direction and direct supervision. Technician 2 (Experienced) Performs preventative maintenance independently and conducts routine troubleshooting, repairs, and minor upgrades. Responsible for independent preventative maintenance.
