26-0013 Support Production Associate (PART-TIME)

Job Summary The Production Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and department specific administrative and/or production processes as assigned by management. Essential Functions/Performance Dimensions and Tasks The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: • Task Management 50% o Support with tasks or administrative assignments to completion as appropriate o Escalate issues to proper department or supervisor as applicable o Research solutions when necessary to complete the task • Service Excellence o Respond to client’s/vendor’s/customer’s requests or questions as assigned via phone, email, portal or fax • Quality Assurance o Work proactively with department staff to complete tasks accurately and time
