Head of Contract Manufacturing, NAM Procurement

Our partner is looking for a Head of Contract Manufacturing, NAM Procurement based in the United States. This is a strategic procurement leadership role responsible for shaping contract manufacturing and tolling strategies across North America. You will lead a complex category with significant influence over cost, quality, service, supply continuity, and overall business performance. The role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management, commercial negotiations, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership. You will partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, legal, and project teams to build resilient and competitive supply strategies. A key focus will be optimizing Total Cost of Ownership while supporting working capital, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. You will also lead and develop sourcing professionals while driving continuous improvement across the procurement function.
