Registered Nurse (Queens,NY)

$3,000 sign on bonus! This is a 40 hour , full time Mon - Friday salaried position (7am - 3pm with on-call responsibilities) to provide services in residential programs in our Springfield and Ridgewood locations for individuals with disabilities. No weekend or evening hours. Non-bedside position. The RN is responsible for providing health services to persons with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and Autism in a group home setting . The RN collaborates with all health care professionals, pharmacies, labs and hospitals and coordinates care to ensure all health care needs of the individuals are met.
