Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our commercial properties. This role includes driving a company truck between sites, collecting trash, and performing general exterior upkeep to ensure our properties remain clean, safe, and presentable for tenants and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Drive a company truck to assigned properties on a daily route Pick up trash and debris from parking lots, sidewalks, landscaped areas, and common spaces Empty exterior trash receptacles and replace liners as needed Perform light groundskeeping duties such as sweeping, blowing debris, and minor cleanup tasks Inspect properties for cleanliness, safety concerns, and maintenance issues Report damages, hazards, vandalism, or repair needs to management Maintain company vehicle in clean and safe operating condition Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws Provide courteous and professional interactions with tenants, vendors, and the public
