Benefits Healthcare for you and your family Dental Insurance 100% Company-Paid Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Fidelity 401(k) with a 4% Company Match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Wellness Reimbursement Program Employee Referral Bonus Program Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Paid Major Holidays Well-stocked company truck with dispatch from home Residential service only—no commercial work Company-provided uniforms, smartphone, and tablet Supportive, close-knit team environment What You'll Do Operate high-pressure sewer jetting equipment and vacuum trucks safely and efficiently Clean and clear sewer mains, laterals, storm drains, catch basins, and culverts Remove grease, roots, debris, sediment, and other obstructions from pipeline systems Inspect sewer lines to identify defects, leaks, blockages, and damaged areas Assist with CCTV inspections and pipeline condition assessments Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on jetting equipment and service vehicles Complete accurate daily work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance records Respond professionally to emergency sewer backups, overflows, and drainage issues Follow OSHA regulations, company safety procedures, and industry best practices Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects safely and efficiently What Success Looks Like Complete sewer and drain services safely, efficiently, and according to company standards Deliver exceptional workmanship with minimal customer callbacks Maintain accurate documentation and service records Provide excellent customer service while representing Cranney professionally Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and attention to detail Requirements Qualifications 3+ years of sewer jetting, drain cleaning, or related experience required Experience operating high-pressure jetting equipment preferred OSHA 10 Certification is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and respond to emergency service needs Why Cranney?
