Brakepress Operator

DESCRIPTION : Responsible for the forming of sheet metal aluminum parts utilizing a Brake press per Customers engineering drawings and specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES : Verify tooling and all engineering drawings before manufacturing part Load machine with work pieces Perform visual inspection of part and traveler Confirm profile, pilot holes and cut outs are to Customer drawing Verify accuracy of job/workmanship when performing job Maintain specifications by observing operations Adhere to all quality assurance procedures and processes Maintain specifications by trouble shooting processes, detecting malfunctions and taking measurements Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for all new and different requests Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
