Shift Engineer (m/f/d)

What you'll do... Ensure that the hotel’s technical operations run smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. Carry out minor repairs and troubleshoot technical issues across all areas of the hotel with accuracy and care. Operate, maintain, and document all technical installations and equipment, ensuring they are in excellent working condition. Inspect and maintain safety and fire protection systems, making sure all regulatory and safety standards are met. Perform painting, repair, and general maintenance tasks to preserve the hotel’s facilities at a high standard. Coordinate material and supply requirements with departments operations. to the ensure relevant smooth Take ownership of the hotel’s technical infrastructure – from heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to plumbing and electrical installations – keeping everything running safely and reliably. What we're looking for... Completed vocational training in a relevant field (Electrical, Plumbing, Building Services, or a related trade) Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Shift Engineer, Electrician, or in a similar role is an advantage Fluent in both German and English (any additional language is a plus) Solid technical knowledge and a hands-on approach to problem-solving Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and varying working hours Confident in carrying out general maintenance tasks and minor repairs A proactive team player who can also work independently Looking for a place where you can be yourself – no clones in suits here What’s in it for you… The chance to challenge the norm and work in an environment that is both creative and rewarding.
