Identify lawn diseases, weeds, and pest issues, and provide appropriate treatment solutions. 2. Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their lawn needs and provide expert advice. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided. 3. Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain lawn equipment, including tanks, hose, sprayers and back sprayers. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it remains in good working order. 4. Documentation: Keep accurate records of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions. Provide reports as required by management. 5. Safety and Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols and regulations.
