About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting division in Chicago. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the division, including strategic planning, budgeting, and team management. The Senior Director will be expected to drive growth and profitability while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting or related field 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the industry Proven track record of driving growth and profitability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting or related field Experience working with large-scale operations Experience with budgeting and financial management at a senior level Experience with strategic planning and execution Experience with team management and mentoring Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve divisional goals and objectives Manage and mentor a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity Oversee budgeting and financial management for the division Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth Skills: The successful candidate will utilize their strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills on a daily basis. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, they will mentor and manage a team of professionals, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
