The Finance Manager (f/m/d) will play a central role in shaping the financial foundation of our fast ‑ growing scale ‑ up. As the company expands, this position will grow into a broader role with increasing strategic and operational responsibility. Working closely with the finance leadership at our Swiss headquarters, you will help establish a structured, reliable, and future ‑ proof financial environment that supports sustainable growth and sound decision ‑ making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and taking ownership in a dynamic, international setting.

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead day ‑ to ‑ day Finance & Controlling operations and ensure fully HGB ‑ compliant bookkeeping, reporting, and documentation.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and an in annual closing activities hands ‑ on, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in cooperation with Swiss headquarter.
  • Build and continuously improve controlling structures (KPIs, cost tracking, variance analysis) and ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
  • Manage liquidity and cash flow in a very operational way, including banking coordination and short ‑ term financial planning.
  • Coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory requirements together with external partners and advisors.
  • Support implementation and execution of the group's transfer pricing framework and ensure local compliance and coordinate intercompany transactions, reconciliations and reporting with sister companies and headquarters.
  • Implement and strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and risk ‑ management routines suited for a fast ‑ growing scale ‑ up.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Build scalable finance processes, workflows, and tools — from invoice handling to reporting automation — and continuously improve efficiency as the organization grows.
  • Coordinate contract-, insurance- and legal management together with external advisors.
