SUMMARY Assists the Housekeeping Supervisor and staff in daily operations. Inspects guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with company standard of cleanliness and performance. Promotes and follows Red Hawk Casino’s Service standards and requirements ensuring a lasting impression of exemplary service resulting in supremely satisfied and loyal guests.
