PERKS: Medical, dental and vision health benefits 401(K) Retirement Paid sick & vacation time Discounted/Free employee meals Famil & Friends discounts ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Ensure all guest areas are clean, presentable and free of trash and debris, cleaning spills within guest areas with urgency. • Maintain clean trash cans throughout the restaurant that are never overflowing. • Assist Bussers by washing tables and helping guests with tray and trash removal. • Responsible for restrooms cleanliness to or above standards and following established cleaning schedules. • Ensure all dishes are properly washed, sanitized and stocked with minimal breakage operating the industrial dishwasher as required. • Maintain and clean and organized dish storage area. • Adapt to changing guest volume with a sense of urgency. • Perform work tasks calmly and effectively under stressful conditions. • Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers. • Uphold the Company’s service standards and KOF Teamwork Responsibilities. • Perform opening and closing duties, side work and ensure checklists are completed accurately. • Effectively communicate with fellow crew members and the management team. • Maintain a safe working environment for crew and guests. • Comply with all city, state, federal and Company regulations, sanitation guidelines, and safety policies and promptly report violations or concerns to the General Manager. • Other duties as assigned.
