JOB SUMMARY ACS Security is hiring Security Patrol Trainees to work in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. This is a training program. These officers are on a promotional path to advance from trainees to armed patrol officers within 6 months of employment. Officers may earn up to $23 per hour with shift differential pay if there are any hours worked on graveyard or weekends Eligible for pay increase at 6 months of employment with promotion to an armed patrol officer role. Must be able to work at least one weekend shift Swing and graveyard shifts are always available. May need to be available to work a day shift during initial training ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONISIBILITIES Will be trained to: Monitor and patrol premises to prevent theft, violence, and maintain general security of assigned post Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security Maintain Daily Activity Reports, incident reports and accident reports Maintain professional communication with clients and patrons Respond to reasonable non-emergency requests and security related requests Remain alert and vigilant while on duty to identify and observe any risks to clients or property and address them.
