The HR Manager – Leave Management, Workers’ Compensation & Occupational Health is responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day administration of employee leave programs, workers’ compensation claims, and occupational health initiatives. This role ensures regulatory compliance, supports employee wellbeing, mitigates organizational risk, and partners with leaders to promote a safe, healthy, and productive workplace.
