AVP, Branch Manager - Costa Mesa

Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and providing clarity, focus and motivation to achieve branch excellence. The Branch Manager is responsible for championing an exceptional client experience, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk while partnering with other partners in the bank for overall growth of the branch all while adhering to Bank and regulatory policies and guidelines. To accomplish this, the Branch Manager builds and develops a diverse and high performing branch team.
