Senior Technical Delivery Leader

We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end technology delivery for complex enterprise applications. This is a customer-facing leadership role requiring strong hands-on technical depth, team management expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across full-stack and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end technical delivery for multiple projects and client engagements. Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders Architect and oversee full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms. Guide and mentor engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence and delivery timelines Drive best practices in coding, architecture, security, and performance Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business teams for seamless execution Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments effectively Requirements 15–20 years of overall experience in software engineering and technical delivery Strong hands-on experience across full technology stack Expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend frameworks Experience with NoSQL databases, caching, and search technologies Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Proven experience in customer-facing roles and team handling Excellent communication skills; grounded, delivery-focused, and technically strong
