This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area.

SUMMARY: As a Payroll Administrator , you will play a critical role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time in UKG Pro . You'll oversee semi-monthly payroll processing, maintain timekeeping records, resolve payroll discrepancies, and partner with the HR and Finance to support a seamless payroll experience across Sono Bello's nationwide network of clinics and corporate teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process end-to-end payroll using UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) , including payroll administration, timekeeping, reporting, employee data maintenance, and payroll audits.
• Enters, maintains , and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employee’s hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, garnishments, final pay calculations, new hire calculations , timesheet exceptions and other payroll information.
