Application Production Support

We're Hiring: Application Support Analyst – Lisbon | Inetum 🌍 Are you ready to ensure the smooth operation of live applications and contribute to a high-performing international team? We are looking for an Application Support Analyst. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Ensure day-to-day quality of service for live applications: Resolve incidents and respond to user requests Monitor production environments and define alerts Communicate daily with teams across different time zones Develop a strong functional and technical understanding of applications Contribute to the setup and efficiency of the Lisbon team (processes, tools, best practices) Main Tasks: Manage incidents in line with ITIL standards Monitor KPIs and production environments Identify recurring issues and define action plans Document and improve procedures and practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams Degree in Computer Science or related field Strong knowledge of ITIL practices Experience in financial services (preferred) Proficiency with Mainframe tools: OPC/TWS, JCL, Cobol, DB2, CICS, TSO (required); IDMS and eFILE (a plus) Familiarity with Cloud, Dynatrace, Ansible (nice to have) Language Skills : Fluent English (mandatory) and French (desirable)
