BD Manager（商務拓展經理） 職位職責 / Job Responsibilities 1. 通路商務開發與維護 負責臺灣地區留學機構之商務開發，開發並建立長期合作關係；維護既有合作機構，深化合作黏著度，持續開發客戶資源，精準媒合留學生海外租屋需求。 Channel Business Development & Management Conduct business development for study abroad institutions across Taiwan. Negotiate and establish long-term cooperative relationships. Maintain and deepen partnerships with existing collaborators. Continuously explore customer resources and accurately match international students’ overseas housing needs. 2. 國際教育資源開拓 負責中外合辦學校、國際學校、學校國際部等各類國際教育通路之市場開發與資源建置，完善地區合作通路體系。 International Education Resource Expansion Expand market resources and build cooperative networks for Sino-foreign cooperative education programs, international schools, and international departments of domestic schools. Strengthen and optimize the regional partnership and channel ecosystem. 3. 通路訓練與品牌推廣 針對臺灣地區合作機構辦理專案訓練與產品說明會，推廣公司核心產品與服務，傳達品牌優勢，建立良好市場品牌形象，提升產品市場滲透率。 Channel Training & Brand Promotion Organize training sessions and product presentations for partner institutions. Promote the company’s core products and services. Communicate brand advantages and establish a positive market image. Drive product adoption and improve market penetration. 4. 市場活動協同執行 積極配合合作機構線下、線上市場說明會、招生推廣活動，協助執行公司各項品牌行銷與通路聯合活動，確保活動成效與通路轉換率。 Marketing Activities & Event Collaboration Support partners in conducting offline and online seminars, recruitment drives, and promotional events. Assist in executing company branding campaigns and joint channel activities. Ensure effective event outcomes and conversion performance. 職位條件 / Job Requirements 學歷與電腦技能 大專（副學士）以上學歷，熟練操作各類基礎辦公軟體。 Education & Technical Skills College degree or above. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic office software. 產業經驗 具備 2 年以上相關產業工作經驗，有留學服務、語言補教、國際教育產業鏈相關工作經驗者優先錄取。 Industry Experience Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience. Experience in study abroad services, language training, international education, or related sectors is highly preferred. 工作特質 高度以銷售目標為導向，可自行拆解業績指標，獨立執行計畫並達成業績目標。 Performance & Work Style Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset. Ability to independently plan, execute, and achieve business objectives. 溝通協調能力 擅長商務洽談與談判，能適應跨部門、跨區域、跨文化協同工作場景。 Communication & Collaboration Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work effectively across departments, regions, and multicultural environments. 語言能力 中文口說書寫流利，具備基礎英文書寫能力，足以應付日常商務往來。 Language Skills Fluent in spoken and written Chinese. Basic English writing skills for daily business communication. 工作模式 應徵者需駐點臺北，提供彈性遠距工作模式；需高度自律，確保工作產出效率與即時溝通。 Working Arrangement Candidates are expected to be based in Taipei.
