Job Duties: Experience using hand and power tools, electrical equipment, and ladders safely Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Strong basic math and measurement skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Well-organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license required Previous handyman or maintenance experience preferred
