Maintenance Technician

We have been growing tremendously since our inception in 2009 which has led to our recent relocation to a new, larger site in West Chester, Ohio. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities and equipment are in optimal condition. This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of production equipment and facility systems. This person will also be assigned special projects to test new equipment and production methods. Position Responsibilities: Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for production and facility equipment. Research and recommend the proper repair parts and tools required to maintain equipment. Maintain spare parts inventory for production equipment Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine repair procedures. Complete special projects and test production methods requested by the production supervisor. Provide recommendations to improve team member safety, quality, workflow, efficiency, and on time delivery. Train and provide guidance to team members on operator level maintenance and cleaning as well as safety procedures. Collect and maintain maintenance records and reports to the production supervisor. Troubleshoot production, tool, and equipment issues while maintaining safe conditions. Meet and coordinate with vendors for repairs beyond what we can complete. Follow all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
