Facilities Support Helper

Job Summary Under general supervision, performs a variety of custodial duties to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the building. Essential Job Duties Insure cleanliness of inside of building as well as exterior. Operate equipment in order for hauling purposes and for trash and debris removal. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming Gather and empty trash inside and outside production areas and other areas as requested. Service, clean, and supply production restrooms or other areas as requested Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, boxes etc. either manually or by using hand trucks. Mow and trim lawns and shrubbery, using mowers and hand and power trimmers, and clear debris from grounds. Cleans production break room. Sweeps warehouse floor throughout the work day. Breaks down empty boxes in warehouse Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating system
