Your New Opportunity Step into a leadership role with impact. We're seeking an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to support and guide our fast-paced Parts department in Hazelmere. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys developing people, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Manage daily Parts sales operations Including Service, Field service and Front Counter. Implement Parts Advisor training programs both internal and external for consistent upskilling of Parts Sales Staff. Drive an ongoing improvement culture in Safety, Quality and Productivity for the Parts Team. Support the Parts department in meeting and exceeding the company’s NPS target. Identify rectify process gaps.
