People & Culture Generalist

The People & Culture Generalist– will play a key role in ensuring that new employees at Essen Health Care are successfully integrated into our organization. This individual will oversee the end-to-end onboarding experience with a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of a fast-paced healthcare environment. In addition to employee integration, this role will support broader People & Culture initiatives related to engagement, retention, compliance, and culture-building across our network.
