Senior Island Host

As a Senior Island Host at Villa Haven, you will serve as a key point of contact and personal concierge for guests, ensuring their stay on the island is seamless and memorable. You will oversee a team of Island Hosts, coordinate guest activities, and provide exceptional personalized service. Proven experience in a guest relations or hospitality role, with previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
