[SO] Translation & Requirement Management Support Associate (Japanese + English required)

Translate technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa Translate technical specifications, user manuals, software documentation, and other project-related documents from Japanese to English and vice-versa. Ensure accuracy, linguistic quality, and consistency across all translated materials. Maintain technical accuracy and appropriate terminology by utilizing glossaries, style guides, and translation memory tools. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and technical writers to clarify technical concepts and terminology. Perform quality assurance reviews and proofreading of translated content. Real-time Interpretation experience is highly preferred. Import the content of specification in various formats (word, excel, pdf, matrix...) into Doors system, manage version, set attribute and layout as per customer requirement. Be in charge of other activities such as system configuration management, baseline copy, tracking report... Other tasks as assigned Language Proficiency: Fluent-level fluency in both spoken and written Japanese and English (JLPT N2 or above / IELTS / TOEIC high-advanced score level). Experience: Minimum 3 years as a professional translator in a technical environment (software development, IT, or engineering preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency with Translation Memory tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ, Memsource), terminology management systems, and MS Office applications . Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to quickly master new technical concepts and terminology. Education: Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or related technical field preferred. Professional certification in interpretation/translation is a significant asset. Why BOSCH?
