Connections Minister, Dallas Campus

The Hills Church exists to make and grow followers of Jesus, and we do this together: by being with Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and doing the things we see Jesus do. This mission compels us to engage with people at every stage of the spiritual continuum. The Connections Minister will cultivate a disciple-making environment for first-time guests and new members to take their next step with Jesus Christ and the church. The purpose of a Connection Minister is: Cultivate a disciple making culture for first-time guests, new members and volunteer teams. Guide individuals toward their next step with Jesus Christ and active participation in the church. Create a genuine sense of belonging by meeting people where they are. Encourage involvement and spiritual growth through intentional relationships and clear pathways. Help people find their “Together” through service or group connections.
