Responsibilities: Working in liaison with any retained legal services provider to resolve all legal matter involving the association. Ensuring that the association complies to statutory requirements in line with NIRA’s enabling laws. Coordinating human resource functions including recruitment and selection, compensation, promotion, man power planning, performance management and industrial relations. Providing guidance, performance management and industrial relations Acting as compliance manager for the association, ensuring that all complaints and grievances from members are appropriately dealt with in line corporate policies. Qualifications: Bachelors of law.
