Regional Banking Manager

Under the direction of the SVP, Retail Sales, the Regional Manager II provides leadership and oversight for a large retail branch network across multiple markets or higher-complexity regions. The Regional Manager II partners with Member Experience Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of retail strategies and alignment with organizational goals. This position typically oversees 7 or more branches, supports multiple or high-complexity markets, and manages a regional portfolio of $1B+ in total deposits.
