Production Assembly

The Production Assembly position is responsible for assembly line work associated with the company’s various product lines. This includes all positions within the assembly, sub-assembly, and component build work centers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Meet daily/weekly production goals. • Read and follow operator instructions, installation drawings, blueprints, etc. • Self-check work and inspect prior processes. • Collaborate with manufacturing cross-functional teams (engineering, materials, purchasing, sales). • Perform rework when necessary. • Complete all required forms and documentation. • Maintain a clean and safe 5S work area. • Use basic hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools correctly. • Apply feedback and instructions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead. • Initiate and support process-improvement ideas. • Train other associates when needed. • Any other jobs/duties given by supervisor.
