Content Writer

Role Objectives: To create external and client facing marketing content and collateral across VoiceTree’s products and service lines as part of our wider marketing campaigns. The candidate will be expected to take content and briefings from the business and deliver audience-relevant assets. He/ She should be able to independently create, manage and maintain marketing content collaterals for short-term and long-term projects. Candidate should be proficient in technical and non-technical writing. Candidate should be able to conduct check of content health. Candidate should be to conduct online research, generate content for various websites and write creative unique content. The candidate should be able to develop original content as required. The candidate will also be required to create innovative content for our social media campaigns. He/ She will be responsible to maintain the corporate blog & the entire social media presence including online reputation management for VoiceTree Technologies. This will include monitoring forums, being active on platforms where people are speaking about us and responding to customer queries. Role requirements: Excellent understanding of global IT/ Tech market Strong experience in content-driven marketing programmes To leverage and contribute to VoiceTree’s content team resources and skills Hands-on on SEO, social media, online communities, forums.
