Order Fulfillment Specialist 5

The Fulfillment Specialist is the front line, the hub, of the Peterglenn.com order fulfillment team. The role primarily deals with locating, pulling, packing, and shipping internet orders that are assigned to the store for fulfillment. Accuracy, comfort with deadline pressure, and the ability to maintain ongoing interactions with store customers, coworkers, and the customer service personnel are keys to this position. Locate merchandise from the sales floor for internet orders Package internet orders being shipped according to goal Resolve open/unshipped orders Coordinate with customer service to resolve out-of-stocks and unshipped items Complete inter-store transfer requests Work with customer service staff to resolve customer order issues Extra duties, as assigned
