New Starting Rate Effective 1/1/2026: $20.95/hr. Spectrum for Living, a New Jersey not-for-profit organization, helps adults with developmental disabilities attain their maximum potential by providing quality housing and clinical services in state-of-the-art facilities and in the homes of families caring for a disabled loved one. Shifts Available (Full-Time & Part-Time): 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am 8am-4pm Responsibilities and Duties Ensuring that all residents are clean, well-fed, and provided for at all times (this includes toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and laundry work as needed) Providing transportation via company van to necessary medical appointments or other activities Assisting with meal preparation, serving, feeding, and clean up Communicating information in a clear and concise manner for client(s) Integrating new staff members into unit activities Actively participating in recreational activities with client(s)
