Legal Counsel

Position Summary: The Legal Counsel position will provide legal counsel and support to Voyse International and its international affiliates. This role ensures the organization maintains full compliance with Belize law, US regulations (where applicable), and international standards. The attorney will be instrumental in managing regulatory compliance, including the Designated Processing Areas (DPA) Act, drafting and negotiating contracts, mitigating legal and compliance risks, and advising executive leadership on matters affecting corporate operations, employment law, and regulatory obligations. This position is critical for a global contact center operation where data privacy, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management are paramount.
