Credit Human’s Home Loans Portfolio Manager for NOLA leads key home loan functions in New Orleans, including underwriting, closing, secondary marketing, collections, and foreclosure. This role supports Credit Human’s mission to help members build financial slack through homeownership by managing agency and portfolio loan options productively, compliantly, and strategically. The position requires strong leadership, credit risk management, mortgage compliance, process improvement, and collaboration with Home Loans leaders and teams. The manager builds capable teams, supports succession planning, oversees secondary marketing, and ensures quality, timely delivery to investors. NMLS registration as an MLO is required upon hire and must be maintained annually.
