SEASONAL PRODUCTION OPERATOR

GENERAL PURPOSE This position is responsible for properly recognizing the correct linen belonging to the account being processed. You must ensure there is no mixed, dirty, or damaged linen before feeding it into the machine or hand-folding it. You must maintain a fast-paced speed while meeting the company’s expectations and practicing safety procedures. In addition, the Production Operators will help ensure the machinery is working properly by communicating any issues to their leaders. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Feeding machinery with sheets, duvets, bathrobes, pillowcases, towels, tablecloths, napkins, mats Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized working station Ensure the linen being processed belongs to the account assigned Identify any damaged, dirty, or mixed linen and properly place it in the correct containers Maintain an average of 85% or above for production based on the IT system in place (Spindle) Must be logged into the IT system in place (Spindle) always while working on the machine Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
