Building Engineer

The Building Engineer is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems in the office building and on the grounds. This person also inspects tests, adjusts, and balances heating, cooling, and ventilating systems in the building. This position takes daily assignments from the property management staff and supervisor. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in building systems, take ownership of all assigned tasks, and prioritize the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all tenants.
