About the role

Handle inquiries for meetings, conferences, weddings, social events, and group bookings from initial contact through contract signing. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event planners. Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations tailored to clients' needs. Conduct site inspections and hotel presentations for prospective clients. Coordinate with Operations, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure successful event execution. Monitor event details and ensure all client requirements are communicated accurately to operational teams. Identify new business opportunities and actively participate in sales activities to generate revenue. Negotiate rates and contractual terms while maintaining profitability. Maintain accurate records in the hotel's CRM and sales systems. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the hotel. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction before, during, and after each event. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Convention & Events, Catering Sales, or Hotel Sales. Strong knowledge of meetings, conferences, banquets, and event operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with hotel sales systems and CRM platforms is preferred. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when business requires. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
