Director, De Novo Operational Launch Readiness - Nashville Hybrid

JOB SUMMARY The Director, De Novo Operational Launch Readiness leads operational readiness, regulatory preparedness, project compliance, and cross-functional execution for Surgery Partners’ de novo ASC projects. This role ensures centers are prepared for licensure, accreditation readiness, first case, and early stabilization. The Director serves as the operational integration leader for assigned projects, identifying risks early, escalating barriers, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, and ensuring readiness milestones are achieved. The Director also owns board meeting preparation and project governance for assigned projects, including agendas, status materials, decision items, approval needs, and follow-up actions; and supports the Vice President as assigned.
