Schedules: CRM 1 Sun-Wed 5:45am-2:15pm CRM 4 Thurs-Sat 2:00pm-10:30pm CRM 6 Thurs-Sat 10:00pm-6:00am Position: Recovery Mentor Location: Beaverton Recovery Center, Washington County Company: CODA, Inc. About Us: CODA is Oregon’s oldest nonprofit treatment provider specializing in evidence-based services for individuals with substance use disorders. At the Beaverton Recovery Center, we provide comprehensive residential treatment in a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented setting. Our Recovery Mentors are essential to helping patients bridge the gap between treatment and long-term wellness—offering hope, connection, and practical tools from someone who’s walked the path themselves. About the Role: As a Recovery Mentor, you will walk alongside patients helping them access housing, benefits, and recovery support services while modeling positive recovery behavior. Through advocacy, mentoring, and peer-led support groups, you will help individuals build confidence, develop life skills, and strengthen ties to the recovery community. This is a highly relational role rooted in compassion, accountability, and trust. What You’ll Do: Support patients in accessing essential community services including sober housing, food, healthcare, employment, and financial aid Facilitate peer-led recovery and life skills groups Accompany and transport patients to recovery-related appointments Serve as a mentor and role model, reinforcing treatment goals and demonstrating recovery-oriented living Assist patients in achieving personal recovery milestones and maintaining momentum after treatment Document patient interactions in electronic health records Engage in team meetings, case conferences, trainings, and recovery-focused events Help build bridges between CODA and community partners in the recovery ecosystem Promote community reintegration and progress in areas like education, housing, employment, and family stability
