Kitchen Cashier PT TRAINEE

------ Job Duties: Operate cash till, balancing the till at the end of your shift. Food Preparation and packaging product for sale Greet all customers in a friendly manner. Complete all sales transactions: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card and Food Stamps. Bag merchandise after sales transaction is completed and paid for. Thank customers for their patronage. Know weekly specials. Sign in and out for breaks. Follow the cash irregularities policy. Greet and assist all customers in a friendly manner. Maintain assigned work area clean at all times (sweep, mop, clear of dirt, etc.) Maintain a workstation that is organized and stocked. Assist Cook in preparing food. Follow management directions and promote teamwork. Assist and participate with Company marketing promotional events and programs as needed And all other assigned job duties. Job Requirements: Follow dress/uniform policy. Must obey all State and Federal guidelines regarding health and safety policies. Wear clean complete uniform at all times: black pants, white Vallarta polo shirt, black non-slip shoes, dark socks, hair net/Vallarta hat, and clean apron. Wear safety glove when using knives. Wash hands frequently (at least every 20 minutes) with hot water and anti-microbial soap from elbows down for no less than 20 seconds.
