As Pega Lead System Architect (x,f,m) , you’ll take on a key technical leadership role, guiding a talented team of developers to create innovative low-code applications that transform the way we do business. You’ll be at the heart of our technical strategy, working closely with stakeholders to turn ideas into customer-focused, scalable Pega solutions. Collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team, you’ll bring fresh ideas to projects that make a real difference. { your_responsibilities: [

  • Work closely with product owners and business analysts to turn business needs into cohesive, customer-centric Pega solutions.
  • Lead the design, architecture and development of scalable, high-performance Pega applications.
  • Advocate for best practices and quality to fully leverage Pega’s potential.
  • Identify Pega feasibility limits early in the agile development process to reduce risk.
  • Align with your peer architects on cross-team technical strategies and drive decision-making.
  • Mentor and support other engineers to help them grow their technical skills and confidence.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
  • Promote a blame-free environment where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, and constructive feedback is used to drive continuous improvement and personal growth.
