Product Developer (Cambodia)-Footwear

• Collaborate with a global, cross-functional product creation team, guiding projects from design and development milestones through commercialization to deliver products that exceed expectations.

• Review and analyze design packs to ensure readiness for factory deliverables.

• Manage the sample process, including submitting clear sample requests, summarizing product teardowns within the team, and documenting and communicating revisions as needed.

• Investigate and resolve issues in design tech packages prior to hand-off, addressing potential concerns related to construction, materials, fit and wear, or cost.

• Identify and communicate opportunities to product teams for enhancing construction, materials, and components to improve functionality, aesthetics, durability, and fit.

• Proficiency in Chinese or Cambodian is required.
