Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery and assemble rubber and plastic products, ensuring high-quality production standards and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate machines and assemble rubber and plastic products in accordance with work instructions. Ensure a continuous flow of gaskets at the required cycle time to meet production targets. Perform quality checks and adhere to all work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Comply with all OSHA safety and health regulations. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred. 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
