Senior Automation Test Lead

Required Skills: 10 Years of Strong Selenium, Java, and Junit experience. The candidate should run the automation projects on their own without any support. Automation experience with Test Complete and Concordian is must . Ability to work with different global teams and deliver efficiently. Understand the different testing methodologies, techniques and ability to apply the same on the day to day tasks. Candidate should be proficient in QC reporting, test management and reporting, email communication. Experience and knowledge on working on different phases of the SDLC. Ability to set up new process and understanding on the latest technologies /developments. Should have lead a sizeable team Hands on experience in ALM. Strong knowledge on Banking and financial domain. Excellent communication. Good comm skills are a big priority Duration: 6 Months
