Responsibilities 职责 The Project Manager will be the main person in charge of coordinating, controlling and implementing the transfer of steering systems to our production in China. Responsibilities will be as follows: 项目经理将主要负责协调、控制和实施转向系统向中国生产的转移工作。具体职责如下： •Be responsible for following the defined Bosch PEP process to ensure project objectives (cost, time, quality). For instance, ensure target of profit, budget, technology,QG, milestone,etc 负责遵循博世定义的产品开发流程（PEP），以确保项目目标（成本、时间、质量）的实现。例如，确保利润、预算、技术、质量门（QG）、里程碑等目标的达成。 •Project contracting with all related stakeholders for project organization,resources, capacities,work pakages,etc. 与所有相关利益方就项目组织、资源、产能、工作包等内容进行项目约定 •Leading cross functional SE-team, driving team decisions, defining measures, coordiante all internal and external parties to in line with project objectives. 领导跨职能的SE（系统工程）团队，推动团队决策，制定措施，协调所有内外部相关方，以确保与项目目标保持一致。 •Lead planning and implementation into the project. Reviewing and tracking the status with team on a regular basis. 主导项目中的规划与实施工作，与团队定期评审并跟踪项目状态。 •Reporting project status and risks,providing up-to-date information to the team, PSC, as well as to the customers 报告项目状态与风险，向团队、PSC（项目指导委员会）以及客户提供最新信息。 •Responsible for fulfilling all the requirements of project 负责满足项目的所有要求 •Assure that all required project data are documented in right way 确保所有必需的项目数据以正确的方式得到记录和归档 •Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives. 为达成公司目标，完成上级安排的其他相关任务。 Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求 •Education学历 Bachelor degree of mechanical, elecctronic, sales, marketing, commerce or equivalent. 机械、电子、销售、市场营销、商务或相关专业的本科学历。 •Skills技能 - Able to professionally use office tooling for communication. 能够专业地使用办公工具进行沟通。 - Strong oral and written communication skills for reports and stake interaction with parties concerned. 具备较强的口头和书面沟通能力，能够撰写报告并与相关方进行交流互动。 - Due to interaction levels and issues handled, strong interpersonal / negotiating skills. 由于涉及不同层级的互动及需要处理各类问题，因此需要具备较强的人际交往与谈判能力。 - Self-motivated, flexible and a team-player. 自我驱动、灵活应变，并具有团队合作精神。 - Fluenct communication in English (spoken and written). 英语（口语和书面）沟通流利。 •Experience工作经验 - At least 2 years work experience and good knowledge of the automotive industry. 至少2年工作经验，并熟悉汽车行业。 - Good knowledge of the overall process of New Product Development / Introduction. 熟悉新产品开发/导入的整体流程。 - Experience of successful project management. 具有成功的项目管理经验。 •Other其它 -Positive attitude, proactive and initiative 积极的态度，前瞻性和进取心 -Well organized, logic thinking, attention to details 思维清晰，有逻辑，细心
